The villa

Villa Suk is a unique building of its kind, with a breathtaking charm which stands out from its idyllic setting on a high rocky cliff overlooking Isola Bella bay, one of the world's most exclusive locations. The villa is part of a fabulous complex of 24 quality villas which have been designed by the famous Italian architect Giulio Minoletti, and offering the ultimate in privacy, peace and tranquillity.

The villa is on three levels: enter the front door to the main living area, with stylish sitting and dining areas (equipped with TV and CD player), and access to the dining area in the garden outside. Off this living area is a small but fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc). Some spiral stairs take you to the first floor which is home to two double bedrooms with queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms share a balcony with spectacular sea views. A couple of steps lead up to a separate unit which is home to a third double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (with shower), and to a small roof terrace. The atmosphere and decoration throughout are warm and simple with a retro style and original use of colour. The three bedrooms and the main living area are equipped with heat-pump units for heating and air conditioning. Thanks to its peculiar setting (the complex is entirely built against the rock), the villa is extremely cool and you will hardly use the air conditioning, even in the peak of summer (July and August). Reserved, secure parking space with remote control access is freely available.
