An elevator takes you through 50m of solid rock to the breathtaking private rocky shore of the complex: the approach to the sea, through exiting a cave, is uniquely spectacular. Here you can sunbath or swim in the emerald blue-green waters, while the crystal clear waters of the surrounding grottoes and reefs provide fabulous conditions for snorkelling and scuba diving. The entire Isola Bella bay is a WWF protected Nature Reserve and home to an exceptional variety of colourful fish, crustaceans and seaweeds. Note that the villa complex is generally occupied in July (quite busy), in August (very busy) and, occasionally, at weekends during the other summer months. During other periods, things are quiet and you will have the beach and pool entirely (or almost) to yourself.
